*Rick and Ashley shake hand and say* it was nice meeting u
*rick runs home and gulps at his dad and bro's glare* i'm srry i'm late... i was walkin a friend home from school......
*Ashley smiles and looks at Seth* i'm glad u have a friend.  maybe i should talk to his dad sometime and see if Rick could stay over for dinner sometime.  would u like that hun?
*Tony laughs and enters the room* nice try Ashley.  i've tried it several times, James won't budge.  idk y he won't let him come here, he just won't
James: whatever.
Mark: *ignoring him*
Seth: *places his bag in the porch* going out.  i'll be back whenever. *leaves*
*Tony goes after him* y won't u stay?
Rick: *Rick looks to the side* y do u both treat me like this?
Mark: how could we treat a murderer normally?
Rick: *he crys*IT WAS AN ACCIDENT DAMN IT!  I DIDN'T MEAN TO MURDER AKA-SAN(mom),AND I CAN REVIVE HER NOW U KNOW?! IN THE PAST I COULDN'T CUZ I WAS TOO WEAK AND DIDN'T KNOW THE SPELL, BUT I DO NOW....... *whimpers* plz let me....
*Tony looks at him* plz come back inside
James: prove it. prove u can bring her back.
Rick: fine....follow me...... *he goes to the grave with them and uses the revive spell on her grave*
Maria: *she wakes up and looks over at Mark and James, she stands up and slaps the both of them* HOW DARE U HURT R SON, AND UR BRO?!  I BEEN WATCHIN U FROM HEAVEN EVER SINCE I DIED AND THIS IS HOW U BEEN TREATING HIM!  WAT'S WRONG WITH U?!
Seth: please..... just trust me...
Tony: i do trust u,but y won't u stay?
Seth: i just want a little time for myself..... is it a problem?
James: but Maria!
Tony: but i missed u sweety. at least stay home for like half an hr ok? *strokes his hair* plz,i want to spend some time with u....
Maria: BUT WAT James?!
Seth: u've had me for two months..... and we've spent all the time together...
James: but the little brat killed you!  he deserved everything he got.  don't u see?
Tony: plz just for a lil while.  like 5 mins ok sweety?
*Maria glares* he was 5 James.  he didn't know not to play on the curb and he didn't hear the car coming.  besides, i'm his mother.  mothers risk themselves for their children.  i gave birth to him and i love him.  i wasn't gonna let him die at 5.  he didn't deserve rape or beating.  u and Mark, and every other relative of this family has done that to him.  he lost his virginity at 5 cuz of both of u.  Mark *glares at him* from heaven i saw wat u and ur friends did at Eric's house last nite.  u think that was funny?!
Mark: ....... yes
Maria:  *she slaps him* THAT WASN'T FUNNY
*Tony looks at him*so,plz...?
James and Mark: .....
Seth: *sighs* alright..
IT'S NOT FUNNY U TWO! *Maria stops talkin, and looks over James's shoulder.  she gulps when she see's him* James hide Rick...
*Tony brings him in the house and upstairs and sits on the bed with him* wat shall we do sweety?
Seth: idk....
James: *does so*
Tony: wanna watch some tv?
*Matthew walks over and sees James* where is my boy James or did u leave him at home?
Rick: *looks confused and thinks to himself* wat does he mean "my boy"?
*Matthew looks at Maria and says* i thought she died?  wat took u guys so long to make Rick or Mark revive her?  i mean like u really had to wait 8 years to revive her.  but seriously, give me the boy, James
James: Maria who is he?
Seth: if there's anything on...
*Maria looks at James* i see u forgot.  well um... he's Rick's birth father but he was really abusive towards me and never helped out with Rick.  he would yell at him, so finally when Rick turned 1 i knew i had to make a choice and so i left.  u know that James.  i told u he was my son when we started dating
Rick: *was shocked and comes out from hiding* James IS MY STEP-FATHER!?  wait so Mark is my cuz not my brother?  y didn't i get told any of this?
*Tony turns on the tv, puts Seth on his lap and pets his hair* i'm srry
Seth: y?
Mark: *looks confused as well*
James: i don't remember this!
Tony:  becuz u seem upset lately
*Maria sighs* i can't believe u forgot this James.  *rubs her eyes with her fingers* ur such a baka at times.  *looks at Matthew* y r u all of a sudden even tryin to come back in his life?
Matthew: after Maria left with Rick, it finally hit me what i had.  i got off the booze and turned my life around.  now i want my girl and my son.
Seth: o..
Maria:  *rolls her eyes* like i would ever come back to u.  *her eyes widened* but he can still get Rick.  we never went to court to figure out the whole custody thing.  we just got a divorce and he lived with me but he didn't know about u so he couldn't get him.  crap,ur taking r son.  I DON'T TRUST U Matthew
*Tony nods* u don't hate me do u?
Matthew: please Maria.  give me one chance to show u i've changed.  one chance is all i'm asking.
Seth: no.
Maria: *she shakes her head* never.  but if u take Rick, i'm callin him to make sure ur good to him.  if ur mean to him one time, UR DONE BEIN HIS FATHER.  IDC IF U MADE HIM OR NOT, UR DONE
Tony: *sighs with relief* ty...
Matthew: please Maria.  Rick deserves both his parents after living with one for so long.  please Maria.  i'm begging you.  for your son at least.  can u try for him?
Seth: hm...
Maria:  *she shakes her head* no.... *glares at Matthew and says* have James and Mark pack Rick's stuff and he can live u, but only for a week.  and i'm gonna call him everyday to make sure ur not a horrible father.  *walks down the hill.  Mark and James follow.  Rick shudders and follows.  they all go to the house,and pack his stuff*
Tony: *looks down at him* yes?
Seth: its nothing. *looks at the tv*
Tony: tell me sweety
*Rick soon finishes packing his stuff with his parents.  Rick gulps bein a lil nervous on this*
James:  *since Maria wasn't in the room yet, he smirks and whispers* we'll b rid of u.  that's really good.  and i know for a fact ur dad won't change,so he can always have me and my friends over to keep r deal on u bein the maid*backs away from him and laughs and heads upstairs*
*Rick glares,he rolls his eyes and heads outside.  he sits on the front steps of the house and waits for his dad's car to pull up*
Matthew: *sighs and drives to pick up Rick*
Seth: honest.
Rick: *puts his stuff in the car with James and Mark when he arrives*
Maria: *goes over to him and says* remember just a week.  u better b good to him and not treat him like James and Mark did
*Tony nods* ok
Matthew: is there nothing i can do to make u believe i've changed?
Maria: nope
Matthew: *sighs sadly* come on kiddo.  lets get u out of here.
*Rick nods* uh, hai.... *gets in the car*
*Maria, Mark, and James all go back inside once Matthew drives off*
James: *whispers to Mark* he'll be back.
Matthew: u want anything to eat before we got to my apartment?
*Mark snickers* oh yeah.
*Rick thinks*  uh, sure
Matthew: what do you want?  we can go where ever you want.
James: *smirks slightly*
Rick: anywhere is fine with me.  surprise me *smiles.  he lays his head down and shuts his eyes*  i'm gonna take a nap.  wake me when we get there, plz and ty
*Mark goes into his room and tells his friends the sorta bad news*
*Maria sits in the guest room and sighs*
James: *goes to her* what's wrong my dear?
Matthew: alright kiddo.* smiles*
Maria: don't call me my dear James.  i hate u just as much as i hate Matthew.  u both aren't the men i loved.  u both changed.  *lays down in bed*
Rick:  *gets shaken awake after a few mins.  Rick rubs his eyes and says* where r we?
Matthew: hope you don't mind KFC.  
James: but at least i never beat u like that scumbag.
Seth: can we watch a movie?
Rick: *smiles* idm *he gets out of the car and goes inside with Matthew*
Maria: *rolls her eyes* yeah cuz that changes the fact that u and Mark have beat and raped my child since he was 5 up until now.
Tony:  *nods* of course wat movie do u want to watch?
Matthew: *smiles* get whatever you want son.
James: but it was his fault.
Seth: bleach the movie 2 diamond dust rebellion?
Tony: *he smiles* arigatou
Rick:  *he orders some chicken and a drink, Rick finishes it after four mins* i haven't eaten out in at least three months.  James and Mark never took me out.  last time was three months when it was James's mom's b-day and we went to a restaurant
Maria: *glares* WAS NOT
Tony: *chuckles and nods* sure sweety
Matthew: James is a cruel man.  i can promise you Rick that as long as you are with me, u won't suffer like u did with him.  
Mark: yes it was.
Seth: yay!
Rick: but aka-san said that u yelled at me until i was one and she left with me.  so u were mean too....
Maria: IT WAS NOT DAMN IT
Tony: ur adorable  *he gets off the bed and puts in the dvd and starts the movie and sits back down and pets his hair again*
Seth: *his ears and tail come out and his tail wraps around Tony's leg*
Matthew: i'll admit now Rick, i was a drunk.  a deadbeat loser.  but i truly loved ur mother.  when u and her left, it made me drink more.  a couple weeks later i realized it was the booze that took you both away.  i got help.  but i got help too late and now she hates me.  my wife left me.  and i can only blame myself.
Rick:  *finishes his food and wipes off his mouth*oh i see.  well let's go to ur apartment *smiles* i'm sure aka-san will come around...
Tony:  *pets his neko ears* i guess ur happy if they came out, hehe *kisses his head* ily
Seth: love u too.
Matthew: no i don't think she will.  *smiles sadly and they leave*  i screwed up bad.
*after a few mins Rick and Matthew arrived at the house.  Rick enters with him and sees a woman there.  she approaches and says* i'm ur dad's gf.  he told me he was gonna try and find his son.  he also said he would try and get ur mom here.  i mean sure it would be weird bein with me and his ex but he was doin it for ur sake. *looks around* speakin of which, where is Maria?  didn't she come with u,Matthew?
Tony: *smiles and pets his hair some more* ur so adorable
Seth: *blushes* no i'm not...
Matthew: *shakes his head sadly* she hates me.  *shows Rick to his room* u can stay here Rick.  ok?
Rick: *nods* hai... *he sits on the bed*
*Jill (the gf) looks at Matthew when he comes back downstairs and says* do u really love the boy matt, tryin to patch things up or r u just usin him?  i mean knowin that if he loves u and wants to stay here she has to pay child support
Tony: hehe yes u r Seth
Matthew: i wanna patch things up Jill.  i love my son.  i want to fix what i've completely fucked up. *places his head against her shoulder*
Seth: no
Jill: *rubs his hair* it's ok sweety...
Tony: yes u r Seth,hehe
Matthew: no its not.  i fucked up everything with Maria, my son was beaten and raped by his step-father,brother and his friends.  i've screwed up completely Jill.
Jill: *kisses his cheek* Matthew he can't stay here.  gomensai(i'm srry) i mean i'm pregnant remember, only one more month till we have her.  there's not gonna b enough room.  Rick has the room that was meant for her.  if u want to keep ur son we need to find a bigger place.  sweety it is ok cuz Rick forgives u and i know wat u did was really bad about,how he got raped and beat.  but at least he won't suffer anymore.  Matthew i know u don't get drunk from drinking anymore, but u still have a few bottles in there.  i know u can't get drunk off two bottles, but if Rick see's them he's gonna freak out, think ur gonna get drunk, and hurt him again.  u might want to throw those away.
Matthew: *swiftly gets up and gets the bottles out of Rick's room and gets rid of them* i guess i'll start house hunting
Jill: sweety, we don't even have the money for a new house.  we barely can afford this place.  just let James, Mark, and Maira keep him.  u can visit Rick.  i don't want to have u get another job ur already worn out from this one.  i can't get one cuz i'm pregnant.  ur gonna buy more beer anyways Matthew, just tell Rick that u won't get drunk off of them
Matthew: no!  i refuse to have Rick to go back to those monsters! (talking about James and Mark) i just got him back and now i'm gonna lose him all over again.... *hits the wall*
Jill:  MATT STOP *grabs his arm* plz.  don't. ur gonna hurt urself.  *kisses his shoulder* it's gonna b ok.  just calm down.
Matthew: i don't wanna lose him... not again.... there has to be something, anything just not those two beasts... *is on the verge of tears*
Jill: i'm srry sweety but he can't stay here.  he can't stay with my family they don't know him.  they're gonna hurt him for "ruining" our lives.  ur family will do the same.  Maria will protect him from James and Mark sweety, she loves him
Matthew: but maria will never let me see him!
Jill: r u sure?
Matthew: her words were if i did anything to hurt him i'm done being his father and getting rid of him will hurt him
Jill: i think she meant the old u kind of way, how u used to yell at Rick for every lil thing he did wrong,and how u used to slap him.  sure it was a gentle slap but still.  i think she meant it that way baby
Matthew: .......
Jill: well let's go to bed before he worries.  if u want i'll go to bed with r baby *points to her stomach* and u go in the guest room and sleep with ur's.  we'll continue this talk in the morning *kisses him* i love you.  *goes into the room*
Matthew: love u too baby. *goes to Rick's room*
Rick: *looks at his dad when he enters the room. he felt weird sayin this for the first time but says* daddy?
Matthew: ya kiddo?
Rick: um how come ur sleeping  with me instead of ur gf?  also i heard u and her talking.  srry i'm making u move and kinda ruin things...
Matthew: *hugs him* its not ur fault kiddo.  honest.  ur not ruining anything.  i'll find a way to work this out.  but if we have to, i'll forfeit custody over u and u can live with ur mother.  once she gets a place of her own away from those two monsters that is.
Rick: *hugs him back* ok daddy... *he crys himself to sleep on Matthew's chest*
Matthew: *tightens his grip on Rick without hurting him* i'm sorry Rick.  i'm so, so sorry.  i've really failed u...
